Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria Campus in 2014, the final year of the 3,000-hour program and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016.
Amanda’s focus since beginning her health care journey has been to provide therapeutic care using deep tissue work, myofascial release, Trigger Point™ release as well as other techniques she’s acquired during her time as an RMT. Whether the focus is stress reduction, relaxation, or post-injury rehabilitation, she will provide the most effective and appropriate treatment to clients with follow-up homecare exercises.
Outside of the office, Amanda participates in many activities, including snowboarding, gym classes, and exploring the great outdoors. Amanda has also finished her first level of Visceral Manipulation through The Barral Institute in October 2017 and cannot wait to provide clients with an alternative style of treatment for chronic pain and discomforts throughout the body.
