About Vilma Vilma has a long history in the fitness and wellness community, which lead to her choosing to become a Registered Massage Therapist. She Graduated from the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995. She quickly became interested in the physical, mental, and emotional developments that can occur during an injury or chronic pain. She believes that posture dysfunction along with muscle imbalance creates movement restrictions that slows the healing process. Vilma tailors her patient-centered care in a relaxed environment, using Swedish modalities, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, musculoskeletal therapy, as well as passive and active stretching techniques. |
